The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, in collaboration with Introduct Academy Oman, announces the launch of a specialized training program aimed at qualifying and developing national talent in the fields of information technology and communications, in line with the evolving demands of the labor market and digital transformation in the Sultanate of Oman.

This program is part of ongoing efforts to empower Omani youth with advanced technical knowledge and modern practical skills through a comprehensive training curriculum that combines theoretical foundations with hands-on application. It also develops soft skills and professional business English to enhance workplace readiness.

The program focuses on equipping participants with the expertise required in in-demand technical specializations and preparing them to enter the labor market efficiently, under the supervision of specialized trainers and within a stimulating environment that supports innovation and creativity.

The program targets graduates and job seekers who aspire to develop their technical capabilities and strengthen their employment opportunities, contributing to the growth of the digital economy and supporting the objectives of Oman’s future vision.
